General Information
Check-in for all guests begins at 3:00 PM. For camping pitches, check-out is by 12:00 PM. For accommodations, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
If you need flexibility, we offer early check-in and late check-out as a supplement, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Our campsite is open from May 23 to September 14 2025.
You’re welcome to bring your own tent, caravan, or camper van. We recommend booking in advance, especially during the busy summer months. However, same-day arrivals are possible for camping pitches, depending on availability.
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi that covers most of the campsite.
- May 23 to July 4 and September 1 to September 14:
- Accommodations: Minimum stay of 2 nights.
- Camping pitches: Minimum stay of 1 night.
- July 5 to August 30:
- Accommodations and camping pitches: Minimum stay of 7 nights.
During peak season (July and August), arrivals and departures for accommodations are only possible on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Yes, each pitch or accommodation includes one parking space. Additional vehicles can be parked in our designated parking area for a small fee.
Yes, we have two electric vehicle charging units on-site. Additional charging stations are available 5 km away.
Yes, our friendly team speaks French, English, and Dutch, and we’re happy to assist you in any of these languages.
Booking and Payment

We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
- Bank transfers.
- Cash payments at reception.
- Cheques (for securing your stay with a down payment; send them to our address at 1620 avenue de Toulouse, 46350 Payrac).
- Chèques Vacances, both digital and physical.
Yes, a deposit of 15% of the total stay cost is required to confirm your booking. There is no additional caution (security deposit) required for your stay.
Our cancellation policy is as follows (simplified for convenience):
- More than 60 days before your stay: Your deposit will be refunded minus booking fees (30€ for accommodations, 19€ for pitches) and any optional cancellation insurance fees.
- Between 60 and 15 days before your stay: The full deposit will be retained.
- Less than 15 days before your stay: The full cost of the stay will be charged.
You can also choose our Annulation Garantie as a supplement to receive refunds under specific conditions. For more detailed information, please check out our Terms and Conditions (CGV)
Modifications to your booking (e.g., dates or accommodation type) can be requested in writing (email or letter) and are subject to availability. If the requested changes are unavailable, the original booking terms will remain, or you may choose to cancel under our cancellation policy.
Yes, we offer discounts for extended stays. Check out our current offers.
Rules and Policies
Smoking is prohibited in the following areas:
- Inside the restaurant.
- The lagoon and swimming pool.
- Inside mobile homes and other accommodations.
- The play area.
- All other indoor communal facilities.
Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in designated areas.
Yes, all our accommodations are pet-friendly. Pets are welcome for a fee of 6€ per day. They must:
- Be kept on a leash at all times.
- Be supervised and not left unattended.
- Be cleaned up after by their owners.
- Category 1 & 2 dogs are prohibited, for the safety of our campers.
Due to the abundance of trees, campfires and barbecues are not allowed on-site. However, we provide a communal plancha that you’re welcome to use for cooking.
Yes, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these times, we ask all guests to minimize noise to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
Day visitors are allowed for a fee. If your visitors are staying overnight in your accommodation, please inform reception, as they must be added to your booking and paid for accordingly.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially around the swimming pool and play areas.
Yes, please note that the swimming pool and lagoon are not lifeguarded. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Proper swimwear (no shorts or clothing) is required, and running or diving is prohibited.
We encourage recycling and have designated bins for glass, plastic, and general waste throughout the campsite. We also provide a compost bin for organic waste to help reduce environmental impact. Please dispose of waste responsibly.
Facilities and Amenities
Yes, pets are welcome at our campsite! All our accommodations are pet-friendly, and pets are also allowed on pitches. There is a fee of 6€ per day per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash, supervised at all times, and cleaned up after.
Yes, we have a beautiful swimming pool and a lagoon for you to enjoy. Please note that these areas are not lifeguarded, so children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
While open fires and barbecues are not allowed on-site due to safety regulations, we provide a communal plancha for guests to use. Our accommodations also come with fully equipped kitchens, making it easy to prepare your meals.

Special Requests and Add-Ons
Yes, we offer a baby package that includes a baby bath, a cot with mattress, and a high chair:
Low season: 15€ per stay.
July and August: 28€ per stay.
This package is included at no extra cost in the Luxe range accommodations.
Yes, we offer the following rentals:
- Single bedding: 12€ per bed.
- Double bedding: 18€ per bed.
- Towel sets (1 large + 1 small): 8€ per set.
These items are included in the Prestige Plus and Luxe range accommodations.
The hotel pack includes:
- Bed linen and towels for all guests.
- Beds made upon arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning service.
This package is available for 39€ per person and is included in the Luxe range accommodations.
Yes, we offer fridges for campers for 6€ per night, subject to availability. Fridges are always included at no extra cost in the Luxe Plus pitches.
Yes, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is:
- Mobile homes: 89€.
- Lodges: 79€.
If you choose not to add the cleaning fee, we kindly ask that mobile homes and lodges are left in the same clean condition as when you first checked in.
Yes, with our location choice option, you can select your preferred spot for 35€. Once payment is received, we will contact you to confirm availability and discuss your preferences.
Yes, you can pre-order fresh bread, croissants, and pastries at the restaurant. Orders must be placed the evening before for pickup from 8:00 AM the next day.
